I was today in Vienna (capital of Austria) first time during daylight. Very first time was right after when I came from airport but it was already dark back then so I didn't see much.
Vienna is most beautiful and wonderful city I'm ever seen!
We went just coffee house to eat breakfast and after that we walked around of old centrum and Austrians told me all things. I saw stables of Spanish Riding school and lost of museoums, castles and all. Just from outside but I'll look later some day to go just playing tourist there :') All those souvernis shops... (I collect all tourist stuff ^^'') And I want to see some museoums too... Sisi -museoum sounds intresting as I heard about her a lot already in Hungary. And maybe Spanish Riding school's morning training or even their show....
My first week here is been amazing. :') Next week I'll go to check out next village. I need just to see day when I have nice time because I think walking back would take a moment because of all hills...
From far away~
Postcards, letters, friends and some stories~

Suomi - Magyarország - Deutschland - België - Österreich
I thought it would be waste to "throw away" good blog... And I always wanted to write one traveling blog too but I was always too lazy-busy-tired- I just forgot. So... I'll try now :') Then I can change this back to postcrossing blog when I start to send postcards again.
I might first tell about "my" countries~
I spent time in five countries so far (plus Sweden, Malta and Netherlands but thote was just holidays so I'll skip them now, sorry) Finland, Hungary, Germany, Belgium and Austria. How about little facts about them?
Finland (or Suomi in Finnish)

Belgium (België in Dutch, Belgique in French, Belgien in German, Belgia in Finnish)

Also there is offices of Nato and UN. Sometimes Belgium is called "Heart of Europe" or "Capital of Europe". Country is strongly shared to Flamish (Vlaam, Dutch speaking) and Wallon (Vallonia, French speaking)

Population: About 11 millions
Capital: Brussels
Currency: Euro
Austria (Österreich in German, Itävalta in Finnish)

Landlocked country in Middle Europe and part of European Union. Austria is well knowed because of artist culture, long history and... cakes! (Well, I like sweet things...) Do not mix with Australia.
Language: German
Population: About 8.4 millions
Capital: Vienna
Currency: Euro
I spent in Hungary six weeks as well in Germany. In Belgium I was about 10 months and in Austria from this moment (I hope) to next August. Finland is my home country so... something likes 19 years :') I like all these countries and I'm happy I'm been able to travel this much. And all of them are left something on me (have to say that Belgium was biggest, shockest and most unforgettable experience which I have ever had.)
Because I'm stranger in country, I'll tell things which I see funny, intresting or awesome so those are then just my thoughts :') I'm sure everybody sees their countries by different view.
But that's it. Let's see what I'll write here.
Btw, if there is something what is wrong, don't let me life with my mistakes, okay?
I'll write in English and in Finnish to make sure my follow Finns doesn't gets wrong idea that I'm forgotten my national language (what was Finnish in Finnish...? Just kidding~)

Week 6 - Last ones
Not "last ones" actually but because I'll leave at Monday morning these are last which I scanned by myself (I tried to update also all later comes here) And again, even if I'll move in another country ALL postcards will be registered! If you're afraid I'll forget yours, you can send ID-number for me but I'll register it only when I hear I'm also received postcard with it or if postcard is been travelled over 30 days and probably get lost. (I'll not ask you send new one because I think it is one postcard / address. But I don't either say against if you want send another.) And now we go on real business~
All postcards from last week. They are again in random order but I thought it's not matter ^^'
Beautiful postcard from Malbork, Poland. Sender said text on front (Pozdrowienia z Malborka) means "Greetings from Malbork.
One of my favorites! Wonderful postcard from Netherlands. I heard this card is free card but I don't care about that. I love this postcard because it's definitely perfect for me :')
Welkom thuis means Welcome home
Ik hou van jou means I love you
Bedankt voor de kaart, ik vind het een leuk en het is zo mooi :') dank je, dank je <3
Map of Bielefeld from Germany. Now I have something to take with me if I someday choose to visit there :') Very nice map postcard.
Polish postcard from United Kingdom. Sender told me that text on front (uwielbiam Twój zapach) means "I love your smell" and remind as well that all animals need love ^^
Really sweet and beautiful postcard from Netherlands. I love this style, it's something what we try to keep up with postcrossing, I think. Tradition of snail mail. Like, who keeps e-mails somewhere safe or just stop to look them and think that they looks beautiful. I don't know anybody... But hand written letters and postcards are another story then~
Also one of my favorites! Really beautiful and absolutely cute Puffin postcard from Taiwan :') I saw them before but I never really excepted to get one! So I was pretty suprised when I found this on my mail box. I think I have to add those on my wishlist when I return from Austria and see if there is more of them.
City view postcard from Poland. There is years 1297 and 1997 so... This card is waited 15 years to become sended. (if this is not just re-published of course) Wou, I wonder where it's been a while! Now it's anyway with me here :')
Beautiful postcard from Slovenia (I have no many postcards from there!) showing Slovenia's capital Ljubljana from The Three Bridges (you can see part of them on it) Really beautiful one and I like a lot postcards where is city names written on somewhere.
Nice and sweet Postcard from Germany. Simply message but creative way to tell it.
Nice postcard from Singapore ( I think this is my second from there...) Showing Singapore's Changi Airport. Good choose for me since I travel a lot... And spend time in airports.

Nice multi-view postcard from Canada showing Toronto. I think there is lot of things to see and maybe one day I can visit there... But not soon because I'm afraid of over-sea flights ^^'' And I have still most of European countries left to see.
There all. Thank you all so much and happy Postcrossinf for everybody! Have a nice time and lot of postcards! I'll write last cards now and return then when I'm back in Finland :') Thank you all!

I learnt how to use a scanner...
...So I'm now scanning all postcards from last two years... It would take a while ^^'' I'll update last days here when I'm done with this (I tried yesterday to sent photos of postcards from Thursday, Friday and Monday but Blogger had something against of me and it didn't let me to do it... oh, well)
But I will have a nice moment to look all postcards up again and first scan them and then find right IDs and upload them on Postcrossing site... It's like I got all of them again :'D

I'll be away...
I'll go to in another city during weekend so I'll be away from Thursday to Monday ^^ Friday's and Monday's postcards will be registered at Monday evening (if there is any of course...)
Because Wednesday is still non-postcards day for me I have no photos of cards now... (I still wonder why Wednesday? Do postcards jump over it or something?) But I think I'll show my letter box! I made it by myself something like year ago ^^
I wanted to make it looks... well, international ^^' So I made flags of countries where my pen-friends were from back then and some of my favorite countries (there is more on another sides, but I thought this is view enough to give a idea) But it looked kinda boring only with flags... I was thinking about to put world map on backround but then there would had be too less space... So I used lyrics. I looked up songs in different languages (and checked translations ^^'') and choose thoise which I think sounds nice. I was so proud when I finished this box :'D
But you know what?
I need new one.
This one is almost full. All letters and some of postcards ("photo" size postcards are in album book and bigger ones goes in box. Some of them are also on walls, or my table, or next to window, or bookcase... or somewhere around where I thought it would looks nice ^^) So, I have alredy new box and I need only decorate it, but I'm not sure how... I was thinking maybe I would use map this time... Or pick up some phrase like "I love you" and write it in different languages... Well, we'll see~
So, now bye~ See you on Monday!
